Overview and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Just Fed!, including the Just Fed! iPhone app, the Just Fed! website, premium features, exports, reminder tools, recap features, analytics-backed product measurement, and related services made available through the app or website.

By downloading, accessing, or using Just Fed!, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, or premium features.

Who These Terms Cover

Just Fed! is intended for adults such as parents, guardians, and caregivers who want a practical tool for tracking baby activity and routines.

References to "Just Fed!," "we," "our," or "us" in these terms refer to the Just Fed! service and brand as made available through the app and website.

License and Permitted Use

Just Fed! is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these terms, Just Fed! grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and website for your own personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

• This license covers updates, premium features, and related services made available for Just Fed!, unless separate terms clearly apply to a specific feature.
• Your right to use Just Fed! ends if you do not comply with these terms or if access is suspended or terminated under them.
• No ownership rights in the app, website, or related materials are transferred to you by your use of Just Fed!.

Restrictions and Misuse

• You may use Just Fed! only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, our infrastructure, or other users.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, disrupt, overload, bypass security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Just Fed! or its related services.
• You may not abuse invite codes, misuse family sharing features, or use Just Fed! to harass, impersonate, mislead, or violate another person's rights.
• You may not use Just Fed! in a way that could damage service availability, integrity, or security for others.

Accounts, Devices, and Access Responsibility

Just Fed! may use anonymous or device-linked account mechanisms to operate premium features, sync, and subscription verification. Even when access is anonymous, you remain responsible for activity carried out through your devices and installations of the app.

• You are responsible for controlling access to your phone, Apple account, and any app installations associated with your use of Just Fed!.
• You are responsible for the people you invite into a shared family and for any sharing choices you make within the app.
• If you lose access to a device, delete the app, or replace a device, some locally stored data, settings, or history may no longer be available.

Analytics and Service Improvement

To operate, protect, and improve Just Fed!, we may use analytics and measurement tools, including Firebase Analytics. These tools help us understand feature usage, product flow, reliability, and premium conversion.

• Analytics may be associated with an anonymous or pseudonymous identifier, rather than your real name.
• Analytics may include app activity, feature interaction events, broad usage buckets, device or app information, and other service measurement data.
• How we handle analytics and other personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these terms.

Subscriptions and Premium Features

Some features of Just Fed! require a paid subscription. Premium features may include partner sync, deeper insight windows, recap features, reminders, PDF export, and other premium tools offered from time to time.

• Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal according to Apple's rules.
• Pricing, billing timing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment handling are governed by Apple's systems and applicable Apple policies.
• Premium access may depend on successful purchase verification, backend activation, device state, and service availability.
• We may add, remove, rename, improve, or limit premium features over time. A subscription gives access to the premium service as it exists from time to time, not a guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.

Partner Sync and Shared Data

If you use partner sync or family sharing, Just Fed! may transmit relevant event history and updates through backend services so linked devices can view a shared timeline.

• People you invite into a shared family may be able to view shared events, shared recaps, sync-related updates, and related family activity.
• You should invite only people you trust and understand that shared data may remain visible to invited participants until access is removed or the family ends.
• Shared access may end because of subscription expiry, family removal, service changes, security action, sync failure, or a decision by an authorized participant.

Insights, Recaps, Reminders, and PDF Export

Insights, recap cards, reminder features, charts, summaries, and PDF export are convenience tools intended to help you review information you have logged. They are not guaranteed records.

• They may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by missing data, time-zone issues, device state, notification delivery, sync timing, or service interruptions.
• They are not guaranteed to be suitable for medical, insurance, legal, employment, or emergency purposes.
• You are responsible for checking any displayed or exported information before relying on it or sharing it with another person.

External Services and Third Parties

Just Fed! depends on third-party services and external systems to deliver parts of the product, including authentication, analytics, subscription processing, notification delivery, and family sync.

• These services may include Apple systems, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat, push-notification infrastructure, and Just Fed! backend services.
• External services may change, fail, become delayed, impose limits, or become unavailable without notice.
• We are not responsible for the content, uptime, policies, or operational decisions of third-party services, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Medical and Emergency Disclaimer

• Just Fed! is a tracking and organizational tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment.
• Just Fed! is not an emergency service, alarm system, or safety-critical product. Reminders, timers, recaps, notifications, and insights may fail, be delayed, or not arrive at all.
• You must use your own judgment and seek qualified professional advice for medical, health, feeding, sleep, or safety decisions involving a child or any other person.

Availability, Suspension, and Termination

Just Fed! is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be added, changed, rate-limited, paused, removed, or discontinued at any time.

• We do not guarantee that every feature or part of the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe it is necessary because of misuse, abuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, operational problems, security concerns, or third-party service issues.
• When access ends, your license to use Just Fed! under these terms also ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Intellectual Property

Just Fed!, including its software, design, branding, visual assets, content, exports, templates, website materials, and related technology, is owned by or licensed to Just Fed! and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer ownership of the app, website, brand, or related materials to you. Except for the limited rights expressly granted above, all rights are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Fed! and all related services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

• This includes, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of availability, accuracy, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the app, website, reminders, sync, exports, charts, recap cards, or insights will meet your requirements or always be complete, accurate, current, secure, or uninterrupted.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Fed! will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, business opportunity, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app, website, or related services.

• This limitation applies to claims relating to sync delays or failures, missed reminders or notifications, lost or inaccessible data, inaccurate or incomplete summaries, recap cards, charts, exports, subscription activation issues, external service outages, device issues, or feature unavailability.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Fed!'s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Just Fed! premium in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50 or its equivalent in Turkish lira.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Just Fed! harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• your misuse of the app, website, sync features, invite codes, exports, or reminders;
• your unlawful conduct or violation of these terms; or
• claims arising from data, content, or sharing choices that you create, export, transmit, or make available through your use of Just Fed!.

Governing Law and Dispute Venue

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with Just Fed! will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of another jurisdiction's laws.

The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Just Fed!, except to the extent that applicable mandatory consumer protection laws give you rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date on this page. By continuing to use Just Fed! after the updated terms become effective, you agree to the revised terms.
